Coffee machine not pumping water

What should you do when your coffee machine isn’t pumping water?

When your coffee machine stops pumping water, this is usually an indication that the appliance needs to be descaled. At Bosch customer service, we recommend using an original descaler to remove limescale deposits in your coffee machine properly. Please don’t use domestic cleaners, as they can be aggressive and may harm your machine over a period of time.

If, on the other hand, water runs out of your coffee machine, in most cases a repair is required. If this occurs within the 2 year warranty period, we’ll provide a free of charge repair subject to our terms and conditions. Outside the warranty period, we will provide a quote in advance of carrying out any repair.
