You can't tell if a bowl is perfect for the job by its size alone. The inner shape of the bowl and tools are aligned perfectly for excellent performance. The high-quality 3.9 l stainless steel bowl is suitable not only for small amounts, but also the easy processing of up to 2.7 kg of cake mixture and 1.9 of yeast dough.

Perfect results thanks to the 3D planetary mixing gear.

Stretch, reach, lift, fold and repeat – for the perfect dough, all ingredients must be evenly mixed and kneaded. 3D PlanetaryMixing means the tools move in three directions while the socket turns in the opposite direction. This ensures the mixture is picked up properly from around the sides, bottom and centre of the bowl, making dough fluffy.

Easy filling thanks to automatic parking position.
