Technical Overview

Forget the hassle of defrosting. NoFrost maintains a steady flow of dry air throughout your fridge-freezer to prevent ice from building up. It’s the end of the ice age, and the hassle of defrosting is gone for good.

The VitaFresh system is the ideal storage environment for your fresh food, thanks to climate and temperature control. Fish and meat stay fresh for longer, at a temperature close to 0°C. Fruit and veg are kept in an optimised climate. More food to enjoy, and less food wasted.

LED light: keeps the contents of your fridge in the spotlight.

LED lights bring a completely new lighting concept to fridges, guaranteeing even, glare-free interior illumination. LED lights use less electricity than conventional fridge lights and last an (appliance) lifetime.

You can remove all the safety glass shelves in the freezer area really easily to create more space - to store a multi-level cake, for example, or a whole turkey. Large foods such as a family-sized pizza can be stacked on the glass surfaces without any problem.

Automatic super freezing: optimal for freezing smaller food loads faster whilst protecting your frozen items from defrosting, thanks to the detection of temperature increase and the automatic decrease of temperature

Easy access to the food inside your fridge.

A well-stocked fridge can make it tough to keep track of the items tucked away at the back. Our Easy Access Shelf lets you see everything inside your fridge at a glance. Simply pull it out for easy access to all your food. Made from shatterproof glass, this easy-to-handle shelf lets you quickly find the right ingredients for your next meal.

Two separate cooling circuits are more convenient and save energy.

In appliances with separate cooling circuits, the chilling and freezer sections can be controlled separately. Easy-to-use electronic controls allow you to adjust the temperatures individually.

The fridge that knows how to keep it’s cool.

Activate the Super Cooling function before you go shopping to lower the temperature in your fridge for a short period, so your fresh shopping is kept at the right temperature. The temperature is lowered by pushing a button (2°C at the lowest). To prevent unnecessary power consumption, the function automatically switches back after approximately 6 hours.

Even the slightest changes in ambient temperature, like direct sunlight, can affect conditions inside your fridge – and the freshness of your food. To prevent this, Fresh Sense monitors the temperature inside and outside of the fridge, to sense when the surrounding conditions change. If a change is detected, the system immediately takes action to ensure your food stays fresh.

Multi Airflow System: even air distribution for longer freshness.

The fan-assisted MultiAirflow System causes gentle, even currents of cold air to emerge at all levels of the chilling and freezing area. Temperature fluctuations are minimised and cooling times reduced – which helps your foods retain their flavour for longer.
