Bosch 90 Day Heat Pump Dryer Money Back Guarantee

1. The Bosch 90-day money back guarantee (“the Promotion”) is the offer by Bosch, a division of BSH Home Appliances Limited (“the Promotor”), to allow consumers to use a Bosch heat pump product in their own home for 90 days to determine if they would like to keep it.

2. The consumer has the right to return the Bosch heat pump dryer product to the Participating Retailer from whom the purchase was made within 90 days of purchase for any reason, resulting in their full money back.

3. Offer not valid in conjunction with any other promotion from the Promoter.

4. To claim under the Promotion, Participants must email: money.back@bshg.com with proof of purchase and providing the Promotion Product’s serial number, model code, purchase, and delivery dates within 90 days of purchase.

5. Once the online refund request is completed, Bosch Customer support will issue a unique reference number (URN) by email.

6. To claim under the offer, the Participant must then visit the Retailer from whom the Promotion Product was purchased and provide the URN Reference Number within 14 days of receiving your reference number.

7. The Retailer will then arrange for the collection of the Promotion Product back to the Promoter and issue a full refund to the Participant based on their method of payment for the Promotion Product.

8. Maximum one (1) Redemption per Participant and per Promotion Product purchased.

9. Redemptions that are incomplete or damaged will be deemed invalid.

10. The Promoter reserves the right to investigate and undertake all such action, as is reasonable, to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid redemptions of this Promotion including, without limitation, to require consumers to provide further verification as to proof of purchase. In addition, the Promoter reserves the right to reject those redemptions, which are fraudulent or invalid.

11. The Promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion to disqualify Redemptions, which it considers do not comply with these Terms and Conditions.

12. Redeeming the Promotion does not affect the standard warranty period or any other statutory rights. Likewise, the claim will not be accepted if the product is faulty or damaged because of transport damage for which we are not responsible, improper installation and assembly, improper use, to also include where an appliance has been used in a non-domestic environment, poor maintenance, or failure to observe operating or assembly instructions.

13. The Promotion cannot be transferred to another user.

14. Purchases of graded, seconds, replacements and imperfect products and trade/contract sales are excluded from the Promotion.

15. The Promotion is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland only.

16. This is a consumer only promotion. For the avoidance of doubt, Retailers will not be able to claim on behalf of the consumer.

17. The Promotion, which starts on 16th May 2025 and ends on 30th June 2025 only applies to purchases made on or between these dates. All claims must be submitted within 90 days of purchasing the product. No claims will be accepted after the 90 days of purchase.

20. Participant Personal Data will be collected when you email details of your appliance and will be used for this purpose only unless you opt in to hear from us further. Data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the Promoter’s privacy policy, which is available at https://www.bosch-home.ie/data-protection-information.

21. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, extend or amend the terms of this offer at any time due to circumstances beyond its control.

22. The Promoter shall not be liable for any interruption to the Promotion whether due to force majeure or other factors beyond the Promoter’s control.

23. The Promoter reserves the right, acting reasonably and in accordance with all relevant legislation and codes of practice, to vary the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion.

24. The Promoter will not be responsible or liable for: (a) any failure to receive Redemptions or Claims due to transmission failures or other conditions beyond its reasonable control; (b) any late, lost, misrouted, or damaged Redemptions or Claims; (c) any computer or communications related malfunctions or failures; (d) any disruptions, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of the Promoter; or (e) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Promotion.

By participating in this Promotion, Participants agree, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, to release and hold the Promoter harmless from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising from participation in or in connection with the Promotion. This limitation of liability shall not apply to liability arising from fraud (including fraudulent misrepresentation), death or personal injury caused because of Promoter’s negligence.

26. The Promotion shall be governed by the laws of Republic of Ireland.
