wash temperature choices

The series 2, 8kg machine is a replacement for my previous Bosch washing machine. I am disappointed that there is no cold programme, having been told by the salesperson that it was possible to set the temperature for a cold wash. The preset temperature programmes work well although the duration of some of them is excessive.
