My vacuum cleaner is broken. How can I fix it?

If your vacuum cleaner is broken, regardless of whether it’s the vacuum cleaner motor or the vacuum cleaner cable, Bosch Customer Service can help. Within the warranty period, repairs are free of charge subject to our terms and conditions. Outside of this warranty period, we can arrange a quote in advance of repairing your vaccum cleaner.
