Arrange an engineer visit.
Before we send an engineer to your home, we will need certain details about your appliance. We will require the appliance's E-Nr number and the FD number.
The E-Nr is the appliance's model type. The FD number tells us the production details.
Both of these can be found on the appliance rating plate.
