Pair your appliance now - for peace of mind tomorrow. To get Remote Diagnostics, simply pair your connected dishwasher to the Home Connect app. If there is an issue with your dishwasher, you'll get a notification which will tell you to call the customer service number in the app. With your permission, we will connect to your apliance and diagnose the fault remotely. For simple issues, you'll receive support on how to fix yourself - avoiding time-consuming repair visits. For more difficult problems, we'll send out an engineer with the right part, first time.

Pair your smart dishwasher to the Home Connect app for handy self-service notifications to help keep on top of your dishwasher care. With helpful reminders for filling up salt or rinse aid, as well as notifications for when a cycle ends, you have one less thing to think about.
Home Connect uses the same security protocol as online banking so you can enjoy extra peace of mind when you’re using your Bosch appliances. Our app has TUV Trusted App certification, and all of our Home Connect appliances are Wi-Fi certified by the Wi-Fi Alliance.
